Hi, I am Amjad Iraqi (NO NOT FROM IRAQ!) and I'll be one of your Chairs for the Territorial Disputes Committee!

I am a Canadian-born Kenyan-raised Arab-Israeli...so I'll leave it to you guys to decide exactly what I am. I am a 16 year old senior at WBAIS and this is my third year of MUN. I have particpated in the East African MUN (EAMUN) in 2006, TIMEMUN 2007, and the UNAUSA Conference in New York also in 2007. I've held several important posts and awards, including delegate of USA for the International Court of Justice (ICJ), Security Council delegate for S.Africa, Ambassador for S.Africa, and the Best Delegate Award Winner in Sec.Council 2007--so I know what I'm doing :)

This is going to be my first year Chairing. I am a little stern on discipline and correct procedure, but I still believe in the art of 'good clean fun' when it comes to MUN. So as long as everyone stays within proper conduct in the committee, the conference will turn out to be one to enjoy.
