Under-Secretary General

Hi everyone. My name is Mathias Toubiana and I am currently in 12th grade. I was born in Mexico in 1992 and since then I lived in different countries around the world such as Nicaragua, Colombia, Turkey, France and Mexico. I am half French half Mexican and I speak Spanish, French and English. I enjoy playing soccer and of course MUN. I joined the program in 9th grade and since then I have participated in 5 conferences. I started as an admin in the TIMEMUN conference when I was in 9th grade. The following year I became a delegate, representing Iraq in the disarmament committee in TIMEMUN. Last year I represented Jordan in the ECOSOC committee in the Georgetown Qatar conference and the UK in the Security Council in TIMEMUN. This year I will be your undersecretary general along with the lovely Maayan Sacher. I look forward to meeting all of you and I hope you have a very enjoyable conference.
